Shipping Policy

We aim to try and guarantee your satisfaction by checking that all items are correct and in perfect working order before despatch. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order, we will attempt to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
If there is a problem with your order upon receipt just call us on 07838 127781 within 7 working days of receipt.  

We package and post all items within 24 hours of payment Monday to Friday, 
(Please note purchases made on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the first available posting date thereafter). We will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible by the service you have chosen, however, once your order is in the hands of the courier or postal service the time taken to deliver your items is beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you may return it. Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all packaging, labels and tags intact).
Make sure to include your name, address and instructions with the returned item.

The cost of the goods and the original delivery charge will be refunded.
 

  • if your item/items have been damaged in transit you should contact us immediately with details and pictures of the damage to packaging and goods where possible. All efforts to protect your items will be taken at the time of packaging.
     

  • If your goods develop faults during normal use within the guarantee period (normally 12 months) you should return your items to us, detailing faults and how the faults occurred. We will examine your returned item to determine the cause of the fault; we will replace or refund your item/payment after the examination. We will not refund or replace any item which has been misused or abused. It is your responsibility to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for the products which you have purchased.
     

Almost all of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defect, normally for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note this warranty only covers faults caused by a manufacturing defect and will not cover any faults which are a result of neglect, misuse, modification or general wear and tear. If a product becomes faulty during use please contact us and we will advise you on how to make a warranty claim. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
